This client uses our system for presentations.

Before, they used to print documents on paper and had participants look at the center screen. Now, they hand out tablets to participants and the presenter controls it from the host PC, making sure they are on the same page. It allowed to make an unprecedented impact.

Until now it was necessary to prepare and distribute vast amounts of documents (manual, sample forms, etc.) by e-mail and ask participants to print documents on the day. (for those who needed them)

We were able to cut costs for printing by using presentation mode during meetings. The pointer and pen features are very convenient because it allows us to show which part the presenter is talking about. We have received great feedback from audiences as well.

This client uses the system for meetings, seminars, and presentation.

For monthly meetings, they use tablets to share documents and connect the host/client PC to the projector and use it on the screen as well. It is also used for study sessions for salesmen and seminars outside of the company. The screen of participants sync with the presenter’s automatically, so the meetings got much easier compared to before when they used paper documents.

They also used it once as a picture-card show at an event outside of the company. The system lets them carry around paperless meeting tools anywhere in or outside the company, so they are using it in various scenes.

Inside the company it is used as a reporting document for regular meetings. Outside the company it is used for seminars and meeting with clients. The portable paperless meeting environment is useful in various scenes. In regular meetings and seminars, it is used in presentation mode.

The tablet displays of participants get synced with the presenter, so it got much easier to explain details compared to the conventional paper documents. Also, it was amazing to find out that when the presenter zooms in/out, the screen of the participants do the same!

We can carry it around and create/edit documents anytime anywhere, so that’s another good point.

It gets updated periodically and we look forward to future features.

Before installing MP:eMeeting, it was a lot of work to prepare documents for the meeting, and if we had to make changes after printing, we had to do it all over again.

After installing MP:eMeeting, all we need to do is set the meeting documents to the host PC and click 1 button to distribute, saving us “time” and “cost” for preparing a meeting. It is very helpful.

We use it for regular meetings and executive meetings.

We use MP:eMeeting, the paperless meeting tool for regular meetings and executive meetings.

When we used to do meetings with paper, the presenter wasn’t able to prepare all the documents until evening of the day before. We had to print, bind, and distribute documents, which cost us a lot of time and cost.

After installing the system, all we need to do is set the meeting documents to the host PC and the moderator clicks the distribute button accordingly. And since the documents get deleted from the tablets after use, we don’t need to collect/dispose documents afterwards so it is helping us keep our confidentiality. The meetings got much more efficient and we were able to cut various costs.

When we switched to tablets, some participants hesitated at first, but they got used to it quickly because the control was very simple.

We use the presentation mode during the meeting. The presenter’s screen gets synced with the participants’, so it got much easier to conduct a meeting.

We use it to share information about case progress.

Before installing MP:eMeeting, we held meetings with individual computers. So sometimes we were on different pages, slowing down the meeting.

We decided to go with MP:eMeeting because it does not require special equipment like servers, you can use it on existing computers and networks, and it was a one-time purchase (no additional fee if you increase the number of clients).

After installing the system, we became able to distribute/switch pages smoothly. It allowed us to look at the same page, increasing the efficiency of meetings.

Also, another good thing is, whenever you need to edit something, you can do so on the spot and redistribute, keeping the document up to date.

Even if the number of clients increases, you do not have to pay additional fees, so we plan to increase the number of participants and use it for various meetings in the company.

We use it as a tool for salesmen.

Before installing MP:eMeeting, we mainly used paper. We carry around vast amounts of documents when we visit clients, so it was a lot to carry and preparing documents for our customers took a lot of work.

After installing MP:eMeeting, all we need is a note PC, 2-3 tablets, and a wireless LAN router, so it got much easier to move around.

It allows us to create/edit documents outside, so we are able to provide the most recent documents to our customers, which is very helpful.

During meetings, we use the label feature to add notes and save them as PDF after the meeting. We can use it as meeting minutes, so we no longer need to make minutes after, which is very helpful.
