There is no monthly fee, just a one-time purchase license. You will be charged for a license for every host PC (host application).

You can use the meeting client for free. The license fee does not change with the number of clients.

Furthermore, when an updated version of MP:eMeeting gets released, you can upgrade it for free.

Contracts are set by the year. You will only need 1 contract per contractor, regardless of the number of licenses.

It is not mandatory.

PDF is available in all editions. In AdvancedEdition, you can also use Word, Excel, and Powerpoint files (*).

You can save the documents from the meeting as PDF files to the host PC. You can open the PDF files in AcrobatReader and print.

You can save them as PDF files to the host PC.

You cannot host multiple meetings with 1 host PC. If you are only using the whiteboard, you can host multiple sessions.

In whiteboard mode, there are no documents to be distributed. It is a white canvas where participants can write in and share them with others.

In this feature, tablets communicate with each other without a host PC and they can use the whiteboard feature.

After writing on the documents, tap the “share writing” button. What you wrote on the document will be shared with others.

Yes. After the first document, you can distribute the next file. There are no limits to the number of documents you can use per meeting.

In Lite/StandardEdition, the maximum page is 20 per file.In AdvancedEdition, the maximum page is 100 per file. If your file exceeds the page number, please split them into multiple files.

With Standard / Advanced Edition, there is no limit. We recommend 10-20, which is the average number of channels a regular wireless router can handle. You can increase the number of wireless router access points to increase the number of devices. If you are planning to use a large number of devices, it will require customization. Please contact us for more information.
